Even though I have a feeling that this site is heavy on the testosterone I will join anyways because I like the concept. Hi I am Texasguy01, Obviously I live in Texas and I like it that way. I am a single Dad 24/7/365, with no breaks in that responsibility. I have been in this current circumstance for about 8 years now...a long time. I certainly think that life on a dating site of any venue is far easier for women than men. I suppose that I believe that the time for just dating who ever is for when you are young and dumb, But once you have a few gray hairs and kids there certainly needs to be a lot more discretion, and common sense applied in whom u get involved with. I would certainly say that I am looking for a best friend, someone who realizes that life is going by a little faster and faster every year, and that common interests and GOALS are crucial in having a successful relationship and future. I see a lot of single Mommy's out there sizing up divorced guys with kids on the weekends who pay their child support, and talk about how great their kids are as great potential Daddy's for their little Suzie, or Tommy. In my case, I am both Mommy and Daddy, and that doesn't leave the weekdays do devote to being little Billy's NEW Daddy exclusively, and I don't just pay a little child support every-month which I guess doesn't leave a lot of disposable income to buy her kids new clothes and take them to Disneyland, so I have realized that in the greater scheme of things, I am not the greatest pick for a Mommy looking for a NEW Daddy. I suppose that is just the nature of whom we have become as a society, The days of family values is something of the past lost in old black and white TV shows. I really don't expect to find HER here, That one and only soul-mate...but what the h-ll, If u are somewhere, maybe u are here.........Bye.
P.s. Ladies..Any suggestions about how and what a guy should write in a posting like this, I am more than willing to take some advice. Please leave me a posting letting me know how to better reach out to ya'all.
